At the beginning of June, I had the amazing opportunity to attend Her Conference LA. Her Conference LA is an empowering conference of influencers, bloggers and content creators. My blogger friend, Emily Myint, invited me to come with her to the event and it was a day full of keynotes, panels and more.
Keynotes
Her Conference LA has some amazing keynote speakers. At the beginning of the day, Jessica Alba shared her experience building her company, The Honest Company. In the afternoon, Gabi Gregg talked about being herself and pushing the boundaries for plus-size fashion. Bethany Mota shared how she developed into a young adult on Youtube. The day ended with Stassi Schroeder talking about her life on the reality TV show, Vanderpump Rules.
Panels
Along with the keynote speakers, there were also some incredible panels throughout the conference. The first panel we went to was How To Grow Your Following and Engage Your Audience. This panel included bloggers and Instagrammers talking about their tips and advice for growing their platforms and being authentic with their audience. After, we sat in on the panel Content Is Queen. In this panel, Youtubers and content creators talked about how they create their content. At the end of the day, we listened to the panel What Brands Want. This panel included influencer relations professionals from various brands, such as FabFitFun and Bliss Skincare.

At Her Conference LA, I was able to meet some Youtubers I admire who were speakers and panelists at the event. I met Jaci Marie Smith, Jeanine Amapola and Bethany Mota. All three women were incredibly sweet and it was so nice to finally meet them.
